Jon, the TS-930S does not have the FSK on the 13 pin connector, instead it uses the RCA Jack for FSK RTTY.
In addition, the TS-930S sends FSK up-side-down. So you need to check the type of interface you get to make sure you can reverse the output with reversing the receive.

and I have used this exact circuit on my TS-850S. Pay close attention to the words where the author tell how his TS-940S was sending FSK upsidedown and how he reversed the leads on the transistor.
