Hate to disagree unless you have a revised and later schematic.  The  part is 
listed as L-2 in the schematic and does not have a value  expressed.  Kenwood 
part number is L33-0635-05.  This info comes from  the TS 830S Service 
manual.  
 
I will gladly stand corrected as I would like to add the correct value to  
this part on my schematic.
 
Anyone????
