[Kenwood] Flaky YK-88C-1 in TS-950SDX

Thanks to all who replied on the YK-88C-1 problem. I swapped
its position with the YK-88SN-1 (1.8 KHz 8.83 MHz SSB filter) last 
night and the problem followed the filter, so it looks like a definite 
problem with the filter itself (switching diode bias was normal when 
the problem occured). I also figured out that the TS-940SAT that
is doing standby duty for the TS-950SDX also uses the same filter,
so I can do a filter swap in the near-term with the YK-88C-1 in
the TS-940SAT to get the TS-950SDX back on-line in the our club 
station.
