Philip,

Just wondering... why do you want to acquire a TS-700SP?  They're cool 
rigs (I oughta know, I own one [sorry, not for sale]) but sorta deaf and 
underpowered by modern standards.

I'm sure that you know this, but if you want one with a tone board 
(CTCSS, I assume) it'll be an aftermarket add-on, like a Comm Spec 
board.  CTCSS wasn't an available option at the time of the TS-700's 
production (tone burst was, though).  If you can't find one so equipped, 
a Comm Spec TS-64 or the like is easily wired in.
