Thanks to all who answered the prob.. was the power supply,i put the 870 on new mfj switcher and its ok,100 watts now on 870 ,i do have a 100 watt k2 and it put out over a 100 easy on old supply thats y i did not think it could be the supply,again thanks Harold n5tog
