[Kenwood] Ts-940 display and Control problems... HELP

Took out and put back Digital A board.

Reconnected and turned on.
-Main Display numbers show and after two seconds   ......  Just dots
Turn main frequency dial. Numbers come back and then after two seconds
revert to dots

_ no transmit on any mode,

_ receiver not working: light hiss in amplifier. Except FM where loud
hiss

_ resent A=B resets, but does not clear this problem.

Any advice appreciated.
