Bob, I am not very familiar with the TS-430, and there may be a simpler way, but I think I would take a cue from the way the Heil microphones do the wiring. Use a short piece of shielded wire, soldered to a 1/4" phone jack, and "piggy back" it into the microphone connector. Works well here. 73, Don, WB5HAK
