The TS-850 IF1 output is designed for a scope that has an 8.83 MHz input
(SM-230 or SM-220 with BS-8). The IF1 is designed to work with a band
scope. HO-10 is not a band scope to start with and its vertical input is
designed with a maximum frequency input of 455 KHz. Using a shielded
cable, you could try connecting the center pin of the vertical input of
the HO-10 to Pin 3 of ACC2 and the shield/ground to Pin 4 of ACC2.
Unfortunately, there might not be enough signal there to make the screen
dance. Page 17 and 18 of your TS-850 instruction manual gives rear
connector details.

You're probably better off finding a SM-230 or SM220/BS-8.
