According to East Coast Parts:
Discont. X48-1140-20 (D) IF UNIT (FM) TS-700 $120.40

The schematic confirms that the part # 48-1140-20 is the FM IF Unit
(board). It's already in the transceiver. What he is really looking for
is the "tone oscillator unit" that plugs into a socket on the IF Unit
board. Don't know where you could find one of these tone oscillator units
at the specific frequency you need. They're not available from East Coast
Parts.
