[Kenwood] help on DSP-100 Kenwood

Hi Pat,
The first thing I would do is get copies of the service and operator manuals
for the DSP100. Before you attempt to do anything you should have the
manuals on hand. I think the operator manual is available on the internet.
If you google kenwood DSP-100 or something like that it should come up
(eventually). The service manual is harder to find. What I did was order
both as reproductions from W7FG. They are useable reproductions and are
full sized and not terribly expensive. You can find out more at
http://www.w7fg.com They are comb bound and even the fold out pages
were full sized, and they were here in a few days so they are prompt once
they get your order.
Reading the manuals on how to operate the dsp-100 should give you some ideas
of things to try. If you still have questions you can come back and ask
them but hopefully some of your problems will be taken care of once you have
the information in the manuals.
