[Kenwood] TS-850 Display Problem

I've seen a couple of responses to problems related to slow display illumination. One refers to checking the
electrolytic on the +B line, the other refers to a 470-uF / 16-V radial capacitor. From looking at the Display
Board, I take it that the 470-uF capacitor is C18. However, I cannot find C18 anywhere in the schematic for
the Display Board.  Where the heck is this capacitor in the circuit?

I do see C7 and C8 that are 100-uF/16-V radial capacitors connected between the +5 and +8 V lines and
ground on the Display Board. 

Which one(s) is/are the culprit(s)?   

I'd also like to know where I could obtain some of that ribbon cable Kenwood uses for connections between
the boards. On the Display Board, CN5 is a 25-conductor cable (Fuji 2896) that could be a bit longer 
(for my taste) when working on the front panel. I'd like to get a 4-inch piece of that stuff.
