[Kenwood] display on ts850sat

Subject: display on ts850sat 


I understand that there is a 470 uf cap that may be the one that is causing a very slow illumination of the display on the TS850sat. At times the delay is as long as 120 sec and more. If any one knows what the problem is and if they can identify the board and the location of the part and the value of the part please advise.
