[Kenwood] eBay Follies!

Here's the kicker.  I was knee deep in a trade for a ts 180 after I bid
on a ts 930SAT.  My highest bid was 440.00.  Low serial number but works
fb.  I thought for sure I wouldn't win this thing.  I placed the bid 4
days before it ended.  Well, I won the rig.  I was in shock.  Been
playing with it and it is awesome.  Only problem with it is some mods
were done (op I got it from didn't know what they were with the
exception of ps regulation mod.)  When I checked the dim button for the
display, the band went right to the edge and locked up.  I do have full
receive as well.  Haven't tried the transmit out of amateur band as of
yet (awaiting MARS approval).  Would like to get the piexx board.  That
will have to wait though.

i'm sure it will go sky high at the 18th hour.   I never bother with 
Ebay bidding until a few minutes before the end....   it's useless to 
bid sooner.
