[Kenwood] Kenwood service advice

I have a Kenwood TS-570S that is operating fine, but I need the CAP/MARS
mod done along with another mod I found on mods.dk.

Can someone recommend a good service center or person to do this kind of
work?  While time is not critical, I want someone that will give a
reasonable (2 week or less) turn-around after receiving the rig.

Also, has anyone done the mods recommended by DG2IAQ that changes several
capacitors to improve sound quality and improves the NR.1 sound?
