[Kenwood] G707A Programming

I recently purchased a TM-G707A and also downloaded the software from the Kenwood site.  However, anytime I try to enter a frequency above 470 MHZ it gives me a message "Frequency Rounded" and reduces the frequency to about 469.8375.

I have tried the following:
-Re-downloaded the software
-Played around with the step size
-Used different computers, with different O/S
-Contacted Kenwood Tech Support and they get it to work, but I cannot.

Kenwood told me to try to contact people on this site to see if anyone else had the same problem.  Please if you know what is wrong let me know so I can program this radio.
