[Kenwood] "New" TS-940S

I had a beautiful TS-940S and recently replaced it with a used TS-870S (bought and sold on eBay). I like the receiver better on the TS-870S with the DSP and all (great audio and selectivity), but to me the 940 was a more impressive looking rig. Since I don't operate mobile, I tend to think bigger is better!

Philip,
Sounds familiar. Very often I am tempted to sell my 850 and purchase a
940. What an impressive-looking radio! Then, I remember how happy I was
when I got the 850 after having had a 940 at one time. Still, I am often
tempted! Good luck!
