[Kenwood] Programming TH-D7A(G)

Steve,

I am not familiar with the 'D7A but are you sure the speed of the USB/serial
adapter matches that of the 'D7A?  Also, I have learned that all USB/serial
adapters are not created equal.  However, I would have expected it to work on
the 'D7A if it had previously worked on another Kenwood.  Unfortunately, it
would not be the first time a vendor made a change to a new model that was not
necessarily for the better.

By any chance do you have an RS-232 breakout box so you could look at the
individual signal/ddata leads going to/from the rig?
