[Kenwood] PSK31 with TS-570D

Jakob,

You have to use the PKS, pin 9 on ACC2 to key the transmitter and use PKD (pin 11) for audio.
This also mutes the MIC input.  If you use Pin 13 (SS), then the MIC input is active and PKD
is not.
