OK maybe I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but this does not seem
like it should be difficult.
The instructions say
1. Press the right or left {BAND SEL}
2. Press {CONT SEL}
3. Press the left {BAND SEL}+ POWER ON
"PTT" does begin to blink but nothing happens when a signal is received.
Any ideas folks??
