[Kenwood] 3SK48 MOSFET

I forgot to mention this in the earlier mail. If you're desperate, and
all sources turn up empty, a 3SK-41, 3N-200, 40673 or equivalent will
work in place of the 3SK-48. However, they are higher noise devices and
don't have as much gain.
