[Kenwood] Power output on TM-731

Plug the radio into the wattmeter as you did previously and then plug the
wattmeter into a dummy load, which is a purely resistive load to the
radio....a perfect match with no SWR.
If you don't have a dummy load, you'll have to try the next best thing, and
that would be hook up the radio to a KNOWN GOOD antenna and see what the
power out is. Or maybe somebody in your club has a dummy load.
