Hi Garey and all!
Thanks all for the info re: the SM-220/BS-8 interconnection
for the 940. I have [still in sealed pkgs] the cable w/mic conn
on one end and the mini-conn for tone-out from the 220, and the
connecting cable II [BNC connector cable - has tag CA-41 inside
pkg]. Also a spare graticule f//u/w Pan Display option [?].
Anyway, connection is on hold for a bit - had the head gasket
go on the car and just got home, and have to take it to my favorite
mechanic in the morning to get fixed. I will let alcon know how
connection process goes.
Also Garey, re: the Service Manual. I will get it copied and
let you know when it is ready - should not cost very much.
Again, thanks to all for the info - hope to put it to a very good
use - an soon.
