[Kenwood] TS-2000 Problem

I recently acquired a TS-2000 with a known problem. It has no output on 2
meters or 70 centimeters. Receive is fine on those bands and the rig works
ok on HF and 6 meters. I've got a few days off work and decided that I
would go ahead and dive into this repair. By the service manual I see that
there are a couple of stages common to these two bands in transmit. I
think that I will start there. Any body heard of this particular problem
with this radio before? Merry Christmas.
