Roland,

Have you presented your question (or researched it) on the HRD forum?  
You can access it by pressing the FORUM button on your tool bar.  I 
just got HRD running over the weekend.  Excellent program!  The forum 
was very helpful getting me past a couple logfile startup problems 
related to XP and file versions.  I have not yet run PSK-31 so I don't 
know if I would have the same problem

I have HRD controlling an Icom IC-746, IC-775DSP and a Kenwood 
TS-940SAT on a XP laptop via a USB/serial adapter.
