[Kenwood] ts950sdx ROM IC19 Need Help

Hi All 
Some time back I have gained TS950SDX- rather old
The good radio, but is some shortages. 
Most unpleasant distortion of a signal on transmission 
If there is an interchanging on IF232, by reading service bulletin
I have found out that the given imperfection is eliminated by a replacement
ROM IC19 on another with the newer microprogram.
But I could not find this chip. Whether there is at whom a possibility 
To send me a file with contents by this of ROM? 
I quite could itself program and to replace this chip.

I shall be very grateful for any help
