[Kenwood] TS 850 Audio Question

Hi Folks,
Got a problem and I figured someone out there might have an answer.

Have three Kwd TS850S/AT's. Recently purchased a Heil Classic mic that will 
not work on one of the radios. Tried it on the other two and works great.

Somewhat as a test, I put my Heil Goldline on it and the Goldline doesn't 
work either.  Any suggestions?
