[Kenwood] THF6A Software Communication Error

Hi All,

I am trying to program my THF6A using the Kenwood MCP-F6/F7 Version 1.0
software and a PG-4Y cable.  I keep getting the message "Communication
Timeout Error".  I am using a Dell Latitude Laptop with Windows 2000
Operating system.  I can't find any conflicts or sharing of the COM port.

Any ideas on what the problem might be or a possible solution?
