[Kenwood] Differences between TS950 ?

Hi All,

One ham in my area is selling his TS950S serial number 10400144. I 
actualy have a TS850S with which i'm more than happy ! :)
On top cover, is written TS950S Digital... Any difference ?

What are the differences between the TS950 - TS950S and TS950SDX ? Would 
  it be a good idea to buy this TS950S (realy cheap) ?
I'm mostly active during contests.
