Pops:  Suggest you check with KI4NR in Orange City, Florida.  He may know 
the answer, and if not will be able to fix it for very reasonable 
price.  He did my TS-430S and replaced 2 regulators, several capacitors and 
re-aligned the rig for $100.00 with a 5 day turnaround. The cheapest I have 
found and excellent workmanship.
