Just purchased TS-520 said to be working normally before shipment by seller. On arrival, receive mode works properly. However in transmit mode driver and two final tubes fail to light up, no idle current, no drive current, no output etc. H Switch on front and SC Switch on back both ON. Any help would be appreciated.
