I don't know if your rig has the RJ45 (8pin) mic connector, but if it 
does...  you can custom make your own cable very easily.

Buy the length you need of CAT5 computer network cable.  Install an RJ45 
male ( I have no sources for female) connector on each end wired to the 
same pins.  Your toolbox deserves the tool to install RJ45 connectors.

Buy a network cable connector to adapt the microphone end to a female.
