Hi Joe

If you lineup the red dots on the mike and cable connector
the mic is set for hi impedence 50K ohm.

So if the dots are out of alignment the mic is for low
impedence radio 600 Ohm.

The dots also must be aligned at the cable to base
connector as written above.

You may have red dot on the mic cnnector or a red H.
