[Kenwood] MC-50 & TS-820S

It's been many years since I had an MC-50/820/30 combo. But I believe the
slide switch is ON/OFF when the mic is not connected to the base (it's being
used as a hand-held mic). The two way connector is a high or low impedance
selector. For the 820/830 radios, you need high (50k ohms) impedance.
As I said, it has been a long time so maybe somebody else can help you more
efficiently.
