Would someone please give me a short lesson on the MC-50. It has a slide switch on the barrel - what purpose. The base connector does not have a key so you can plug in the mic one of two ways at the base - again what is the purpose. Sorry for questions but do not have a manual and need info during a TS-820 restoration. Thanks Joe k7mks
