[Kenwood] TS-820S S-meter Reading

It varies from band to band and from radio to radio. Normally from S-7 to 10 
over depending on the band. Some are higher and some lower but that's an 
average. The output of the calibrator is not a calibrated level and only 
intended to calibrate frequency, not level.

Would appreciate knowing, from someone who has a correctly operating 820S, 
the S-meter reading for the center of each band when using the internal 
calibrator and with the DRIVE control peaked for maximum meter reading.
