I'm not sure what you are asking for...

A Band Scope is something that allows you to view activity on frequencies above
and below the one you're tuned to by showing you a mini spectrum analysis of
the unfiltered IF from the rig.  There isn't a software package out there that
will do this because there is no soundcard that can process the IF-out from the
rig.

A possibility is to have a program that controls the rig, and can read the
s-meter.  This program could (in theory) scan the band and record s-meter
readings vs. frequency via serial commands, and display that to you.  Of
course, this would not be a real-time bandscope like the SM-220/BS-8
combination, or like what is available on the Icom 756 for example.

However, there are numerous free and shareware programs available to do audio
spectrum analysis (show the frequency content of the receiver's audio signal).
Hamalyzer (http://www.hamalyzer.com/) is one example.  There are several free
ones out there too.  Search on www.nonags.com, etc. for spectrum analyzer or
spectrum analysis.
