[Kenwood] TS830S High Voltage Loss

I have a TS 830S that has lost some HV.
Power out put is 40 watts. Driver and finals OK.
In looking at the schematic I have 780 V at the junction of D4 and R5 on the
rectifier board.
It appears D1 - D4 and the resistors R1 - R4 are OK.
At HV on the rectifier board I have less than 50V. The schematic suggest
that HV off the
board is only going to the HV on the meter. I use to get 800V at the meter.
Since HV is being pulled down I would think to look at components R5 R6 R7
R8 and C1
on the rectifier board as a start. Any other places to look for a bad cap or
diode ?

Tnx , Glenn
