[Kenwood] Using an Alpha 87A wwith a Kenwwood TS 950 SDX

Hello to the list:
I was wondering if anyone on the list could assist me with a situation.
Here it is...
I want to hook up an Alpha 87A to a Kenwood TS 950 SDX,
never have done this before, I would like to talk to someone
that has done this so that I may benefit from your experience.
I hope you don't mind but I feel that your experience would be invaluable
to me and anyone else attempting the same addition.  I have the Kenwood TS 950 SDX and Kenwood SM-230 and Speaker 950.  Things that come to mind are the ALC connections if any, soft key if needed for the 950, etc.  Any information would be gratefully appreciated. Thank You in advance!
