[Kenwood] TS480HX Low Power Output on SSB

I was reviewing the Kenwood reflector and saw your post about low power on
ssb.

Do you happen to have an external auto tuner attached to the tuner connector
on the 480?

I have a 480hx and I get full output on ssb and cw.  I've been checking the
menu's to see if there is a setting that would reduce output power, but I
havn't found one yet.
