[Kenwood] TS 850 problem suggestion

Regarding the 15/17 meter problem, Check the Low Pass filter module relays
for that (those) bands. Possible relay switching problem or component
failure in that filter section.

 Hi Gang!

  I am new to the group.

 I have just repaired a TS 850 ) the usual C1 and TRX module
replacement) and everything works fine except it will not transmit on 15
or 17 meters. It receives OK but when I try to tune it up for transmit,
it sqeuals and draws excessive current. Any ideas would be gretly
appreciated.
