[Kenwood] TS-850 Frequency extension 40m again

Sorry Folks,
 Another way would be to ask how I set up the 850 to the Region 2/3 set up.. which would give me 7.0 - 7.3  which I could live with (but only use 7.0 - 7.2 !!) . I presume its something to do with the diodes on the board behind the front panel (D1 - 11) 
Any Ideas Please!!..
