[Kenwood] (no subject)

A friend brought me his TS440Sat to look at it has the relay problem that i 
rember hearing about right after the rig came out. While using an older 
amplifier it quits receiving and stays in the transmit mode. I have seen 
mods to change the relay to transister keying but i have not found 
instructions for repairing damage allready done. Is any one here had that 
problem and where do i start looking to fix it?
