[Kenwood] auto tuner trouble on 850

The problem is most likely the relay. If the coil was bad it wouldn't tune
on 160 or 80. Move the relay to another spot and see if the problem moves...
Or look closely at it, usually the plastic cover will melt a little
indicating stuck contacts.
