[Kenwood] TS-850S Display Issu

Hello, I'm not sure, but could be the leak start of the big electrolytic 
in the display board; check it anyway because the leak is very corrosive 
and could "eat" your board's traces;  it is connected from +V supply 
line to ground. Symptoms I've seen are from dimming  through 
intermittent work or to become completeley off.
