Thanks to all who responded, I found the IF out on the radio and connected it to the IF in on the scope, and you guessed it! It works , I am curious what the 8 pin din cable is for, BTW I did not get any manuals with this equipment. So I am kinda playing it by ear here. Again thanks. John N7JL
