Funny you got waited on there....I used to go every year on my annual trip
to Orlando....everyone had that "attitude" that they could care less if you
shopped there or not....stopped going the last few years but thought I'd
give it another try....was in there last week....the gal in there read a
book the entire 50-60 minutes I was there!!! Never once asked if there was
something she could help me with. I asked the other fellow about the
TS-480...he pointed to it on the shelf and "there it is but I don't know
much about it" and went about his business of sorting some type of
paperwork....the one guy that seemed to know his stuff was so busy answering
the phone he never could ask me if there was anything I needed....at least
in the Cleveland store you can get waited on.....
