I heard as much from the Kenwood representative at AES SuperFest (Milwaukee)
last year. And, about right now would be in the time frame he predicted.

A lot of rumors flying that Kenwood is coming with a new rig that will
"blow the soxs off the competition" for about $6K. Anybody hear that
same rumor?  Dayton is coming.
