Try that formula again?????  I think is wrong....

plus 2.  The second two digits are the month, beginning in April.  So,
your's is fiscal year 2003 (3+2=5), and month is 11. Since April is 01, 11
is February of the following year.  So, your new 870 IS new, Feb
