[Kenwood] Seeking TS-790 Command Set...UPDATE

I have learned that this information was published in the TS-790 Command 
Owners Manual. Does anyone have that manual who would be willing to send a 
copy, or better yet, scan it & send it via E-mail? I gather it isn't very big.

I write in the hope someone on the list can direct me to the command set 
for the Kenwood TS-790. Simon Brown HB9DRV has agreed to include the 790 as 
a supported radio in his excellent program, Ham Radio Deluxe, IF we can 
acquire the command set.
Any input is appreciated.
