[Kenwood] TS-930SAT

Hello and 73.  I'm new to the list and have a tech question for you TS-930 owners.
 
My radio, a TS-930SAT, stopped transmitting from one operating session to the next.  Time between sessions was about three weeks and the radio was in it's original box waiting for the new radio room to be ready.  Symptoms are: about 1 watt out on transmit.  Collector voltage and collector current show 29 Volts and 1.8 Amps respectively.  The tuner appears to work in that it attempts to set itself up on a band change.
 
Any suggestions?
